With a background in personal training, self-defence, and sports massage — as well as competing as an Elite Spartan — I understand how the body performs, what it takes to keep it working, and how essential recovery is.

Sports massages often involve temporary discomfort or a "good ache" as I use firm, deep pressure to release tight muscles and knots. While it shouldn't be unbearable, you should communicate/ I will check in with you frequently in real-time to adjust the pressure so it remains within your pain tolerance
